Recognizing World Quality Month

At S&C, we take pride in delivering some of the most innovative and reliable products in our industry. But innovation alone isn’t enough — delivering at the highest quality is what ensures our solutions perform consistently and effectively for our customers. That's why we're recognizing World Quality Month and embracing the theme — Quality: Think Differently.

At S&C, quality is a mindset. It’s about listening to those closest to the process, collaborating across teams,  and taking ownership of the outcomes we deliver internally and to our customers.

Just like safety, we believe quality is a shared responsibility. Whether we manufacture products on the shop floor, support our operations through design and engineering, or work directly with customers, each of us plays a role in driving excellence. It’s about expecting more from us, supporting those around us, and building habits that drive continuous improvement across all areas of our organization.

All November long, we’re highlighting how we embed quality into our daily work — from integrating quality and manufacturing engineers into our value streams to launching Six Sigma training that strengthens our problem-solving capabilities. As our continuous improvement journey progresses, these efforts will be instrumental in enabling us to deliver better products, faster.

Together, we’re building a stronger, smarter, and more resilient grid today — and for generations to come.
